Asa Baako, which translates to “One Dance” in the local Fante dialect, was born from a desire to showcase Ghana’s diverse
cultural heritage and vibrant music scene. Inspired by traditional Ghanaian festivals and the spirit of community celebration,
Asa Baako has evolved into a dynamic event that celebrates creativity, diversity, and unity.
At the heart of Asa Baako is a diverse lineup of musical performances that span genres and styles, showcasing the best of Ghanaian
and international talent. From high-energy Afrobeat and reggae rhythms to soulful jazz and traditional drumming, the festival’s stages

Bringing you a programme of Live music, sound systems, Tours, parties, open-mics, surfing, treks, yoga, beach games, competitions
and avvvctivities, beach football & volleyball tournaments, Asa Baako Changemakers talks and conservation workshops, BBQs,
boat trips and the legendary Jungle Party.
Bringing together a line-up of DJs and artists from across Ghana, West Africa and around the world. Across ten zones – Abyssinia, AfroShrine, Ahanta Eco Lodge, Africa Rainbow, Busua Beach Resort, Coconut Dream, Kangaroo Pouch, Laughing Goat,
Sankofa, Scorpion Lodge, Swingers bar and the legendary Jungle Party; playing Afrobeats, Afro-Edm, Funk, AfroHouse,
Afrobeat, Old School, Dancehall, Hip Hop, Afro UK Bass and Afrobeats House.
