Rwanda graciously embraces and offers sanctuary to over 160 individuals seeking asylum, who have been safely evacuated from trouble of Libya. The ministry has conveyed that the asylum seekers hail from a diverse range of nationalities, specifically 82 individuals from Sudan, 56 from Eritrea, 5 from Somalia, 9 from Ethiopia, and 1 from South Sudan.
These individuals will find solace and support at the esteemed Gashora Transit Center. However has already provided shelter and assistance to previous evacuees.
